H. Christopher Frey is the Glenn E. Futrell Distinguished University Professor of Environmental Engineering in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at NC State. Dr. Frey’s research addresses the continuum between energy use, air pollution emissions, exposure to air pollution, adverse health effects, and tools and techniques for developing policy relevant insights.
